Top 50 TV Shows of all time

is it me, or is there a whole load of nerdy sci fi shite on that list? i suppose thats the kind of people who’d be sad enough to go online and be voting in things like this anyway.

Exactly, they are the kind who would vote.

Saying that, Buffy was a pretty good show, must admit, I was a fan. Some other awful shite on there though, such as Farscape, Babylon 5, etc.

OZ…probably the greatest drama ever written…just a tad too hardcore for the mainstream audience…

Schillinger, Keller, Beecher, Poet, Adiebissi, Chucky Pancamo, Supreme Allah, Zaeed, Shirley Bellinger, Omar White, McManus, Glynn, Doctor Nathan, Sister Peter Marie…

I’v been watching an episode a night online for the last couple of months and I’m on episode 14 series 4…its even better 2nd time around…

Will post a link where it can be watched later…can’t get into the site in work.

Did anyone see Fringe last night?

no…was it an good…

I watched it for a half hour. Seemed like a cross between the x-files, lost and alias if that makes any sense.

Not bad, very like The X-Files,I’m trying to find it online at the moment but no joy

Well it being a JJ Abrams effort makes sense.

The only links I can seem to get working are the tudou.com ones

Each show is broken down into 3 20 minutes sections…the top one is part one and so on…a message will come up asking you to download a language simplifier…just click cancel on this.

Most of the links work but the odd one won’t and you just have to skip on to the next one.

Once you get into watching this show and learn the characters it is highly addictive.

Our very own Mac stars in this show

Are you a box set junkie?

Dodgy. Any list that doesn’t have a 1-2 of The Wire and The Sopranos is taking the piss.

Friends and Scrubs ahead of Blackadder and Fawlty Towers?

The fact that Angel, Buffy and Heroes are on it proves that its a joke. The new Battlestar Galactica is pretty excellent though, and this is coming from someone who hates Sci-Fi.

I’m close to being a box set junkie alright…

I left out one:

Friday Night Lights
Clear Eyes, Full Heart, Can’t Lose!

How many of ye have actually watched Buffy start to finish?

If you dipped in and out and you didn’t like it that’s fair enough(I couldn’t get into the Sopranos, tried and failed), but if you dipped in and out like i did and tolerated it or more, then you are doing yourself a massive disservice by not watching them all. It and Angel is a whole universe to itself. I wasn’t a fan until college when the final series was on and I had very few channels. My natural instict was it’s a girly show and I wouldn’t like it but now I’m convinced that Joss Whedon is a genius and I’m looking forward to his new show. [Has anyone here watched Dr. Horrible?]
