All the ducks must be in a row. No point if that fella gets out in less than 20yrs. He, along with Jemmy Byrne oversaw 15 deaths from their side. If a fella went out tomorrow and killed 15 lads, you’d have to make sure he’d never see daylight again.

Don’t think the yanks have anything on him, or they’d have him I’d say. This fella’s never done any jail time in his life. Lap of luxury for most of his life after leaving Oliver Bond Flats. Can’t see him being a fella cut out for several decades in the joy. Whether he has information that would be valuable to the yanks, interpol or any entity greater than the irish government to try and cut a deal will be the one. If he does, he’ll try. If he doesn’t, he’s fucked.

Aye, but what happens when the retainer money runs out because the head of the snake has been cut off? The father and brother will likely be next. Christopher allegedly the moneyman. If he’s lifted, it could be goodnight Irene. They’re divorced from the Byrne/Kavanagh crew. The dismantling is entering the final stage. The stage where there are so few competent men they can trust left running the machine, that they have to get their hands dirty more often, and communication will get sloppy, and they’ll all get nabbed until it completely collapses. Factor in the competition, who’ll smell the imminent collapse, and don’t be surprised if the last of the necessary structure get liquidated, and their market share taken over by whoever will be next to step into the breach.
Running the joy is something I can’t see would give this chap enough of a sense of purpose to live. Another of his scrotebag minions, yes.

Could be looking at Bomber Kavanagh in the UK, Imperiale who got lifted and testified against the Dutch Morrocan and Chilean, or McGovern. Extremely likely it’ll be the Italian, as his family/friends wouldn’t be as accessible to take out like they did with the Hutches etc.

Could be too big of a security threat to hold in Ireland
Will likely be held in Portlaoise for a few years to begin with, I’d say. The only danger in an extreme case scenario would be that he’d have the money to get ex-special forces team to bust him out, and that would really only be doable in today’s age during being transported, but that’s often. Hospital and court visits. Happened in France recently. That said, that life would be useless to him. Notoriety, yes. Luxury, no. At best, some hellhole in Africa like the Dutch lad photographed at mass in Sierra Leone.
