Tottenham Hotspur, the only team that TFK cares about: even on World Cup final day

Harry gone.

AVB in.

Modric lightly to be gone in a few weeks, Bale staying. VDV lightly to go too.

A mediocre chance of signing Moutinho, Sigurdsson and Vertonghen.

Once Modric goes the spine of the team will change considerably. I don’t expect AVB to make any impact in his first year as he tries to rebrand our style of football. To be honest I find it hard to see this appointment working out too well… unless there is a long term view taken. Not sure Levy is capable of that.

This list tells its own story…

  • 1997 Switzerland Christian Gross
  • 1998 England David Pleat ©
  • 1998 Scotland George Graham
  • 2001 England David Pleat ©
  • 2001 England Glenn Hoddle
  • 2003 England David Pleat ©
  • 2004 France Jacques Santini
  • 2004 Netherlands Martin Jol
  • 2007 England Clive Allen ©
  • 2007 Spain Juande Ramos
  • 2008 England Harry Redknapp
  • 2012 Portugal Andre Villas-Boas

They are going lightly ?

What about the rumours of an Arab consortium is set to buy into the Yids?

#3

Bring back Ossie Ardilies and his Famous Five.

Apparently all the investment made by the arabs will go towards a new stadium. £250m

Don’t remember Jacques Santini being there, must have been for all of two weeks? Also, i had forgotten about Juande Ramos and his disastrous time there. Christian Gross should have been given more time, went on to be a fine manager.

Ossie Ardilies was the man.

You score 3, we’ll score 4

3-1 Win at the weekend… AVB genius… http://cp12-eu.stablehost.com/~thefreek/board/public/style_emoticons/default/smiley-stroking-chin.gif

Bale scores another free kick, another dipper.

Had they another Romanian, dan petrescu maybe?

#12

Ille demetrscu or some such?

#13

Ille Dumetrescu was in the famous five alright. Does that mean Sherringham was a later era?

Dan Petrescu was a pensioner.

Still in the chase for a top 4 finish.

Outstanding finish from Defoe. Hopefully he’ll hit a purple patch now.

Adey shouldn’t be allowed start another game unless we are badly stuck.

#15

They will be toasting Luis Suarez tonight down at White Hart Lane tonight. Fantastic comeback against City and a Champions League place still very much up for grabs.

#16

United will have a big say in who gets 4th having to play both Arsenal and Chelsea in the coming weeks.

2 point dropped against Wigan on Saturday… though the point we salvaged could be valuable yet…

Arsenal dropped 2 anyway so its still wide open. Looks like our crunch game will be vs Chelsea…

Down to the wire.

Must beat Chelsea and hope Man Utd get a result against them too. Arsenal look to have an easy run in and should secure 3rd.
