Talks of Romero to Athletico, offer around 40 mill with Spurs holding out for closer to 60. I’d be in agreement with @ChairmanDan about him, they should take the money.
No doubting his ability but he can disinterested and erratic too often. There’s probably a deal to do for Harry Maguire who has a year left and would surely fancy playing Champions League. Also, Ratcliffe hasn’t a bob.

He is erratic but he is also quite good and I don’t know would Spurs find it easy to find a replacement of a similar standard, especially if they continue with Ange (both Romero & Van de Ven have a lot of recovery pace).
