Mourinho and Conte are ultimately chequebook managers who have succeeded at the financially dominant clubs in various countries that they have managed. Thereā€™s very few in that elite coterie of super franchises who will back a manager to the tune of over a billion like Woolwich have done with Lego Head.

Spurs are in a better financial position than 84 or 85 of the 92 clubs in the English football league. Ultimately though, they are well short of the financial clout of the elite coterie of 5 or 6 super franchises, some of whom are also bankrolled by human rights abusing and murdering despotic regimes.

Anyway, it doesnā€™t matter to me, Iā€™m not a footix and, so long as it isnā€™t Liverpool, I donā€™t really care who wins the EPL.
