In the end West Ham on 39 points were just one point short of the magic 40 points and safety. Itās a game of inches, especially in England where they hate the metric system.

Looks like weāre getting transfer business done early this summer as opposed to the usual scrapping around in late August. Iād say De Zerbi laid down the law on that front when we took on the gig.

I see Romero has magically recovered to make the Argentina World Cup squad. He never seems to miss a game for Argentina and heās never got red carded for Argentina either.

I think this is a bit of a ruse. Two big transfer outlays that will cover the fact that Spurs wages to turnover ratio will still be way below everyone elseās. Levy might be gone but the ownership is still the same
