Two mountain stages left pinot has a lovely little stage for sat. Could run riot up the last climb. Will it be enough tho.
Pinot was happy to tip away today. Sky didn’t really try to break Alaphilippe but he was very comfortable on the last descent. He could struggle tomorrow. Quintana looked like he was on a motorbike today. He won’t be left off tomorrow.
Bernal was the real winner today
Fuck me but you could only admire the cojones of Alaphilippe coming down that mountain today.

Yeah, got ahead of Thomas on GC. Maybe he should have attacked a bit earlier.
Even the guys he showed going up the mountain on his own with no team. He must be a remarkable character.
That’s a shame, he was doing well to hang onto the leaders tailcoats this far tbf. Fantastic that it’s come down to the last few days with so many still in contension
He’s a great bit of stuff. Won some big races in last few years. Would love it if he could hold on.
