Eto’o comes alive in Champions League finals

I loathe Utd.
I’m so happy.

Fergie has lost his bottle for the big European nights…plays far too cautious…too afraid to lose instead of going out all guns blazing…

Every tragedy that befalls an arrogant, handbag wearing, millionaire dickhead will be met with unbridled joy in the streets.

Unfortunately, when he went out all guns blazing they always lost as well. ie Ronaldos hat-trick at Old Trafford put the tie to bed.

well then don’t pay millions upon millions for matchwinners only to stick them out of position on the wing or millions upon millions for a ponce in centre mid who wouldn’t tackle his dinner…save your money buy a load of grafters then…

How about 60million on the bench also?

Alex Ferguson is not, never was and never will be ‘the best manager ever’. He actually has a poor record given Manchester United are the richest club in the world.

What about Berbatov?

Seriously - what about that joker?

City dodged a bullet on Berbatov. United again burned for thieving a player at the airport.

It has to be taken into account that he played a huge role in making them into the richest club in the world. Attendances were actually on the decline in his early years and they would have turned into a stink ‘big’ club like Spurs if they had gone for Terry Venables instead of him back in 86.
Given his achievements at Aberdeen and the longevity of success and amount of different successful teams he’s built at United, I’d say he’s the best manager ever but it’s hard to quantify things like that.
Holes could be picked in the record of every candidate you could mention as being greater than him too.

If ever there was a player that summed up Spurs…its him…talented but moody and absolutely no pride in himself as a professional…

Time will tell on this.
Robinho hasn’t exactly justified his fees or wages yet.

Not that I want to stand up for Robinho or any player in the EPL and their obscene wages or fees, but he is City’s top goal scorer with 14 and the 4th top scorer in the division and didnt set his transfer fee.
