TTK's Profitable Selections 2012

As I said, you’re splitting hairs and coming across as a bitter cunt.

 :pint: That’s what it’s all about WYT, if a few of us are making a few extra pound for extra-curricular activities that’s all you need.

you are not very intelligent are you?

i’ll spell it out for you*

after his first 14 bets he had posted 48.5 points profit (an exceptional start)

unfortunately 122 bets later he was still on 48.5 points profit.

the return of the Rabo Pro 12 has brought about an improvement.

Fair point. Strip away the winning bets and you’re left with a rather dismal string of losses.

Can you do it again tomorrow tho you bollox?

He’s not splitting hairs, he’s speaking facts.

After that tip you gave me for Imperial Shabra I don’t wish to argue with you

indeed take away one good substantial early winner and the p & l is crap. Just like his first attempt at a tipping thread two years ago.

There is only one real tipping king around here.

 Brilliant Rocko.

 CM is my 4th favourite poster on TFK, great banter.

Nice one Mac, I don’t think you’ve ever chipped in here positively only to mock the occasional losses, you are just an incredible miser

That’s bull shit, from 138 bets there is a nearly 40% strike rate. That is a ridiculous s/r for that many bets if I do say so myself. Look at the facts, there was no “one” good early winner, there was a big number of small and medium sized winners, the biggest priced winner I had in this thread was at the Cheltenham festival I believe, long after the first 14 bets. As I said, nothing positive to say or worthwhile to contribute then jog along, don’t read this thread and we’ll all be happy.

Devastated ttk. Laddies was acting up on my phone so i took the pp handicap of -11! If i dealt in smilies i’d have that enraged one here. As it is, i’m staring down the barrel of a less than expected profit. Fair play!

40% is like a headline you would read in a rag, when the actual profit figure is 17%. hardly worth the risk, blindly following some nobody on an internet forum.

Just goes to show every point matters in the betting world! At least you were still up a few pound on the day thanks to the pony.

Selective memory mate. Look back through the thread and you’ll see positive contributions. Congrats on breaking even on your last hundred odd bets. Great achievement. I hope it continues for you.

I clearly said 40% strike rate, and if you find any bank or financial institution anywhere in the world that can offer you a 17% ROI come back to me pal.

You really are a rodent, a sad, sad being.

Like I said I will take a 5% safe isa instead of blindly following a randomer for a further 12%.

What sort of gobshite compares investing money in a bank to having random bets? Are you for fucking real?

More fool on you then.

If anyone logs on here, has a spare 20 quid to spend and throws it on a 9/4 winner, then happy days, a few more weekend pints are paid for. If you think anyone other than myself has put money on each and every one of these bets then you are simple indeed. Nobody follows somebody blindly on an internet forum (although they should, especially on this site) but if this thread can help them to make up their mind on an event or throw a score on a live rugby match for the entertainment then more luck to them.

What a strange post. So you are suggesting to use your tips intermittently. hence having a 60% chance of failure. What an overly confident fellow you are.

Genuinely keep using the tips, gombeens like you deserve to lose money.

No I am suggesting to back every one of the selections but I’m a realist and know that nobody does that. However, if this thread helps a few people back a few winners that they otherwise wouldn’t have, then fantastic.

I would say confident, not over confident. It’s a great Irish trait to knock someone for having confidence. Confidence is the back bone to everything you do mate, I’d rather be confident than a pessimist. One day you’ll come to understand that slagging somebody for being confident is a ridiculous thing to do.
