This one is worth a chance today I feel. He was going to go very close on his penultimate run off a mark of 104 until falling 4 out, his last run was terrible, never went a yard. I’m hoping he’s over that. He’s dropped to 99 with a 7lbs claimer on, big drop in the weights from a horse who is potentially 110+. If he jumps fluently he wins.

Edinburgh are top of their pool and travel to bottom side Racing Metro, home advantage will count for plenty here, the first time these met Edinburgh won a thriller 48-47. There’s not much between them and an 8 point head-start for Edinburgh is attractive.

Another clean sweep. Oscar Close couldn’t have done it any easier, winning by 20 lengths at Huntingdon.

Edinburgh put in a big performance in France, beating Racing Metro 27-24 the (+8) was never in danger.
