Bad Sisters season 2 is almost as good as the first.

Fiona Shaw/Angelica is brilliant in it. You’d never guess she was from Cork unless you’d seen her CBE.

I thought it was really poor. Not a patch on the first. Gave up half way through. Storyline was ridiculous. No John Paul, no party.

The 2 cops are fucking desperate though. Barry ward is normally good. Even Fiona and her gobshite brother didn’t work imo.

Just getting around to watching SNL50 concert at Radio City, a fair bit of dross but David Byrne, Arcade Fire and St Vincent doing Heroes and Wake Up was fucking existential. Not on YouTube it seems but can be found in the usual other spots.

Its excellent so far. One girl has nearly died twice. The family are falling asunder. The cougars are ready to eat each other alive. Greg/Gary is back, and Belinda is gonna get her some.

Are you sure you’re not watching the trailer on repeat?

The Day of the Jackal is excellent. Fast paced, contemporary storylines and loads of cunts getting shot in the eye.

That’s kind part of the show :grinning: It is a “who dunnit” but the viewer also doesn’t know what “it” is also. As ever, many of the characters are hugely dislikeable, which people (like the rom-com crew) often don’t like but it is an enteraaining watch with the other half.
