Start at a general base.
Train for 3 weeks
Deload
Load up again.

Repeat whenever games allow

Year 1 probably reach 75% of capacity
Year 2 reach 85% capacity
Year 3 reach 95-100% capacity

And that’s all conditioning I feel. Psychological conditioning, physical, tactical etc. They all take about that long. Especially at amateur

A nice link between him and the All Ireland U21 winners.

So Limerick won the greatest All Ireland Championship ever played at only 85% capacity…it really is phenomenal stuff.

Yep, everyone of them will be built like a brick shit house next year.

15% luck

Not really. About 80% of the team are in about year 5 from what I can make out

I’d say 75 percent of the team made their championship debut in the past three seasons.

Gonna say.

Since when has Joe oc had them?

They are all doing S&C alot longer than that. Good S&C too.

They had very good lads before that too

Hey fucker?

Mark Lyons?

Did the 21s have Ross what’s his face?

Ross Corbett. He’s very good too.

Yeah he’s gone away down to Aussie rules or something

Ya Corbett. And heard about the other lads being good.

Corbett did one year with the 21s group who won All Ireland in 2015

Last year’s 21s had Mikey Kiely.

Really though how much work could an U21 set up get done with players in S&C area.

Joe O’Connor is with the Limerick Seniors since 2016 I think, under TJ. Possibly even since 2015?? But absolutely huge turnover in personnel since then
