Never heard of him.
Well done Limerick hats off
Yeāre up next Joe. What do ya think?
Ye beat us no prob
Weāll see Joe
Hard to read anything into it Tipp were shit and bar about 5 mins never looked like troubling us. The amount of space we had at times was ridiculous, low intensity game. Tipp didnāt seem up for it
We gave up about two five minute periods in each half where if we were up against a more experienced side we would have been in trouble.
Very mixed feelings after that. We didnāt look secure at the back. Hayes did well to win possession but deliveries forward were not great. Lack of pace either side of him. Malady started well but faded I thought. Half forwards were Ok but we had both Cian Lynch and Barry Murphy under puckouts for the first 15mins of the 2nd half. They were cleaned. They should be picking up the breaks. Cadey is a class act but pnly when the game opens up. Nash got one decent ball and buried it. I am not convinced he is a full forward yet. Boylan was a great target man when he came on and Crimes did well also. Morrissey took his scores well but took on some shots when players were in better positions.
Tipp were all over the place. They looked like they had met in the square in Thurles at 3pm today for the first time
Tipperary concede 2-24 and in an old time honoured tradition take off the entire full forward line Willie Maher hasnāt a clue.
I knew he was in trouble when David Brady was bigging him up on OTB tonight.
Tom would remind you of another classy ex-Limerick man who is from the same club.
I take it you mean Clem!!
I was laughing at that. Classic gaa been cleaned all over the place and the ff line who hadnāt seen a decent ball all day get hooked though I think 15 was injured to be fair
Iām laughing at the ineptitude of Willie Maher, how Hassett stayed on after Nashās goal never mind the rest of the match is beyond me.
Ken Hoganās young fella has some belt of a ball. One puck out in the second half - albeit aided by the breeze - nearly landed in the opposition square.
There is a study to be done on corner forwards getting hooked on losing teams . Women, Gays , travellers , asylum seekers all claim they are discriminated in Ireland and while some have legitimate grievances none compare with the GAA corner forward.
A serious weapon if heād a good ff line
Christ yes . If they had a few ball winners it was a weapon . Tipp had no ariel threat whatsoever .
