Madrid v Partiizan Belgrade in the 60s. I can’t think of any others bar Madrid benfica which would have been earlier .
Could argue Ajax v Panathanikos was one also maybe - not sure when Den Haag became capital of holland and some say it’s still Amsterdam anyway
