What religion are the Windsor’s do you know, Church of England i suppose? I wonder do they attend mass somewhere?
In England yes, when they cross the border into Scotchland, then they magically become Presbyterians.
You couldn’t make it up.
They make it up as they go along mate.
The putting into perspective part of your post is superb kid. I had only a passing interest in the topic if I’m being honest but your added extra really drew me in. Very impressive posting an awful lot of lads who are tipping away here knocking up big numbers with mediocrity could learn a few things from this post.
I was never much into it myself but I am now. A committed Royal enthusiast. The Queen is an amazing woman
George Osbourne with a savage performance there in a interview conducted outside the white-house on the news, he’s really pushing the yes vote, contrast that with that buffoon, Johnson, up in Manchester, playing the court jester as usual
The Duke of Cambridge has a tremendous sense of humour, he was poking fun at the failure of his father to scale the tigers nest, such an impressive young man, he’s a big unit too, a big strong man
Bhutan is a tremendous country, I’d love to go there now, it just shows the importance of a royal visit, the way it raises awareness, God, when the Queen visited Ireland there a few years ago, the positive impact on the economy must have been unreal, you can’t put a price on it, I’m glad I pay my tax to keep them in power
Who are you voting for mayor?
River cottage is on here now, a great little show from an idyllic part of the English countryside. Hugh was driving down a country road and saw a dead rabbit, road kill. So he gets out and gathers it up and hangs the rabbit leg ways up off a low lying foot bridge over a stream. Hes going to give it a week and come back with a fishing rod. His idea is that after the week the rabbit will be full of maggots after flies have been landing and hatching on it in the meantime. The maggots will be overflowing from the rabbit and into the stream, driving the fish bonkers with the lovely supply of maggots in that spot.
Here he is now one week later at dusk which is optimum fishing time tip toeing up the stream to the spot with the rabbit! And sure enough he’s after catching a massive rainbow trout! Unreal. He has some patience and planning to ensure he eats the very best of fresh, organic produce. And now he is back in the kitchen cooking the trout with fennel and orange and all sorts! Unbelievable television I’m glued to it.
Did you get the 124 commemorative magazine in today’s Daily Telegraph? - ‘The Queen, 90 Glorious Years, Happy Birthday to Her Majesty’. Just flicking through it here now. Its a tremendous read.
incredible bravery from William
I only get the times on a Sunday, I picked up a ,lovley poster there during the week of the Queen though, celebrating her 90 years, I have it stuck up on the board down in the kitchen there, pride of place
Make this your screen saver mate.
I’d say @Tim_Riggins, @GeoffreyBoycott and @balbec wank to that one.
I was walking down the Corbally road today and I saw two young Island field lads jocking a black horse that was far superior looking to either of those two.
Not actually joking. I was thinking afterwards I should have taken a photo of it…they were right beside the river, white socks were up…pure culture.
The weather really made it though, if it was raining it would’nt have been as impressive.
That sounds nice but it never happened
I can assure you it did mate.
It looked a fine horse for now anyway.
Norah sounds like a female version of yourself Tassoti. God willing you’re here for William at 90. Left speechless, very moving piece.
