Mrs Brasier will be dispensed with soon one way or the other even if she does scrape a majority. Not officer class.
One thing I find a little curious about the exit poll is SNP down so sharply, but CUP still short. That would imply Labour and Whig Scottish gains which i would be suspicious about.
The Tories should bring Ruth Davidson down from Scotland.

Cyclical thing, I’d guess. The enthusiasm of last time was never going to be matched this time. It could well be different again next time especially if there’s a lame duck Tory government.
But the big beasts in the SNP - Robertson and Salmond, look like they could lose their seats.
If the SNP are down around 34 seats, the Tories must have gained a good few there.
