Hogan really struggling after the first break but he finally gets a leg onboard by holding his throw there. 5-4 to Paul.
Very decent game this, both players averaging 100+.
Steve West, Corey Cadby, Robert Owen and David Pallett are all into the quarter-finals so the big the guns are certainly lining up to take this title.
The small, quiet crowd is adding greatly to the enjoyment for the viewer, although a good contingent from Scotland has obviously made its way down given the series of Scottish flags draped side by side over the railings.
Feels like a bdo event with the lack of atmosphere.
