Ulster Championship 2024

Tyrone would not want to throw this away from here

I think he fully deserved to go.

It was extremely rash. Like his first one.

Donegal have some lovely kickers of the ball

Ah I don’t think so. I think he tried to nip the ball before McGeary was too quick. I’d give the player the benefit of the doubt if on a yellow.

Meyler and McGeary have been immense.

Kevin Mc stay is a complete gobshite. Makes a big song and dance about how it wasn’t a black card but eventually admits it was a yellow which would have the same result anyway.

Discipline is huge now for Tyrone. Wonder if Brennan will be replaced after his black?

Keystone will be making a large deposit in the McQuiillan family Trust fund this week.

He’s been shite but awarded Donegal a ridiculous penalty.

You’re wild sour.

Thompson incident was clearly a foul, was surprised it was a penalty myself.

Denied them a clear penalty in the Langan incident.

Thompson got a soft yellow also and Tyrone getting lots of cheap frees in my own humble opinion.

McKernan should have got a black earlier.
The penalty was a scandalous call, it was a yellow card for Brennan rather than a black so Tyrone were down to 10 minutes.
Potential penalty for Donegal for the Burns challenge.
Looking back at Murphy’s sending off, it was justified - he clattered McGeary. First yellow was a definite, very dirty hit

Agreed. Probably a yellow rather than a black on the second but much of a muchness.

Thompson was a stonewall yellow, turned his shoulder into McKernan.

Apart from McKernan, I don’t see any bookings really for Tyrone and the result of the penalty for Tyrone also saw them down to 14 for the remainder of the half.

Discipline will be key here for Tyrone as Donegal will be applying pressure to even things up

Murphy’s tackling has long been an issue. Some odd refereeing decisions so far but Murphy earned the sending off. Can’t see Donegal getting through this game without hitting the net. We might not have seen the last sending off in the match. Odhran McFadden Ferry probably favorite for that, unless the ref decides to ‘even things up’. It wouldn’t surprise me.

It’s difficult to see Donegal winning this now. I think Tyrone will go on and win by around 5 points.

Tee on for Brennan

Clear foul on McGeary there.

Mattie struggling.

Full court press has Donegal in right bother now
