Absolutely. the quality is shocking, firstly being filmed vertically on the phone and then whether it is censored or not, but the blurring / lack of focus is atrocious.
The place has gone to the dogs. A family burnt out of their house the night before last and now this.

Big day for Waterford @Fagan_ODowd. The Supreme Court sitting in town for the next few days for the first ever. Judgement at 10.30 this morning in the State appeal of Graham Dwyer’s big win over the retention and use of his mobile phone data.
