A class act.
Unlimited Budget!!
Superb.
He was psychologically destroyed a couple of years back. Never recovered.
A disgusting lack of class.
Corkness long gone.
As a Dublin football supporter I welcome the Limerick posters to “Overlord” status with their recent success.
I can offer some advice from a county that has been lucky to be far superior to its competitors in recent years, much like the position Limerick finds itself now.
You will find that supporters of the lesser counties will be yapping away, looking to discredit your achievements and alleging all sorts of off-field scurrilous doings. It’s likely that well-known grouch Ewan McKenna will pile in to amplify the rants of the has-beens, never will be’s and also rans.
So I suggest you metaphorically bathe in the tears of these losers. If anything encourage their whines. Ultimately what consumes them, what enrages them, what gnaws at their souls - is your county’s success, and correspondingly their own counties abject failure. And knowing that will provide great sustenance over the winter months.
Limerick are a breath of fresh air for GAA.
An example of what you can do if you put the right structures in place and stick at it for a few years.
Twitter and the like is making gearoid hegarty the Limerick Philly macmhon/Johnny Cooper with his ‘edgy’ play
On mature reflection and with the nature of the haphazard topsy turvy year that it was I think Limerick will have to back up this all Ireland before we can bestow true greatness upon them. A very good team no doubt but their quest for true greatness goes on
It was a mickey mouse championship this year, truth be told.
Not a year to be getting carried away with anything
Is it over?
And didnt require Croke Park to do it for them. I hope Joe McKenna enjoyed yesterday. Well earned.
This is great
I think we’ll have to put a massive
Beside this one on account of the covid.
Very impressive performance all the same.
Two asterisks in three years. Hopefully we can make it three in four

*forty years
Limerick have shown the other counties how successful a team can be with the correct structures in place, and how money should be spent well.
Limerick should be receiving a few million more funding from the GAA on the back of this, to further develop the structures and become a template for the other counties to follow.
