Yes, Nixon should have been impeached and convicted. Support for impeaching Nixon was at 43%, compared to 20% for Trump. Nixon had won overwhelmingly in 1972 and was much more popular than Trump is, yet 2X more wanted him impeached. That should tell you something (but it won’t as you can’t actually think for yourself).
Why do you think there is such low support for impeaching an unpopular president?

So, a huge minority of people wanted Nixon impeached.
