They are more or less starting from scratch again. They don’t have the rocket power to get themselves and a decent sized payload to the moon anymore.

Did they ever?

The Saturn Rocket could have apparently, and the successors planned for it definitely would have been capable with technology in the 70’s & 80’s but it was scraped.
I read an article about it recently and apparently the Saturn Rocket had an estimated 1/20 chance of blowing up, not to mention all the other things that could go wrong. The US were happy with that in the race to beat the Russians but eventually the US decided they’d been to the moon a few times already so blowing up astronauts wouldn’t help the cause.
Then came the budget cuts so they decided they needed a shuttle they could reuse, and to get to that, they had to sacrifice power.
If they’d kept going we’d be holidaying on Mars by now.

And while you’re there, could you pick up some of that nice green moon money for me?

Alabama hasn’t changed

They made a photo ID a requirement to vote. Then they shut down the driver license offices in every county where blacks made up 75% or more of registered voters.

Jesus fuck. That is absolutely mental.

No, mate. That’s “democracy”. Or something.

A failure of capitalism and democracy all in one.

You need to stop getting your political “insight” from Bob Geldof.

The noose is starting to tighten around the neck of the Democratic political operatives within the FBI and DOJ who tried to influence a US presidential election.

Peter Strzok, the senior FBI agent chosen by Robert Mueller to head the Russian collusion investigation, was recently dismissed after anti-Trump emails become public that he had sent to his mistress, an FBI lawyer.

This is the same Peter Strzok who led the Clinton email investigation, and convinced Comey to change the wording of the subsequent report from “grossly negligent” to “extremely careless”, effectively keeping HRC out of jail.

In separate but related news, Bruce Ohr, a senior DOJ official also involved in the Mueller investigation has also been removed for bias… and guess who his wife worked for? Fusion AE, the company hired by the DNC to find dirt on Trump and came up with the Trump dossier.

So you have the Trump dossier, a piece of opposition “research” paid for by the DNC. Somebody clearly used that document as an intelligence document to obtain a FISA court ruling to allow spying on the opposition campaign. My money is on Peter Strzok being that somebody, and if’s that’s true, the whole house of cards comes tumbling down.

You’re a banana republic

No you’re a banana republic

No, really, you’re a banana republic.

Fuck sake lads, ride and get it over with will you?

So you’d be in favour of jailing people who colluded with the Russians so long as they are democrats?
