US Politics II To Trump or not to Trump

He has a fantastic way of rationalising things. Heā€™s asking what is the point of the imaginary line between the US and Canada, but at the same time the wall must be finished on the imaginary line at the southern border.

Thatā€™s my solution to the Albanian and Georgian problem we have.

Send all the illegals to Greenland to mine the minerals.

No brainer

The Vikings werenā€™t slow to invade. They had this coming the King Canutes

Surely irony not lost on the Don when he talks about taking Greenland while simultaneously warning the Chinese off similar in Taiwan.

Heā€™s a bully boy.
Plain and simpleā€¦.

Iā€™d have every confidence the irony is lost.

Greenland is the reason Ireland is the only country on earth not to have net temperature gains over this last decadeā€¦ surely Si should be having a say here on what happens to our climate shield ?

Iā€™d happily sacrifice Greenland if it means we get nicer summers.

Maybe add Panama as he wants to take the canal back?

Weā€™d be having Nova Scotia winters though.

Take it back? It was always theirs.

If Trump is taking Canada, we should take Newfoundland

They gave it back to Panama in 1999

It seems to have a pretty complicated background dating back to when what is currently Panama was part of Colombia. I think the US jointly owned it with Panama but itā€™s been solely owned by Panama for a while now.

Iā€™m sure Trump made sure to check the exact history and other details before saying anything.

As a loaner.

Time to liberate Greenland from their imperial overlords, Denmark

Ourselves and the Canadians could be global military superpowers but we donā€™t really want it.

He says to take it back, take it back, take it back.

Interesting article. Theil and the tech Bro lads have been attempting to ā€œbuyā€ Greenland, basically offering the Greenlanders to replace the $500m subsidy they get from the Danish govt if the vote for ā€œindependenceā€.
