I was coming down the Howth Road this morning into Killester. There was a car in front of me an 05 Corolla red. It struck me that it was being driven poorly. For example it was in the bus lane, went right up to the back of a 31b and then had to execute a manouvre from a stationary position into the main lane of traffic. Anyway at the next lights a cyclist came up to the passenger window and started to batter the fuck out of it and roar contumely at the driver. Wisely the driver kept the window shut.
Was driving to NCW recently from Drom. Iâm sure a few of you a familiar with where the speed van situates itself on that road. ( Across the road from Feohanagh church to catch you as you are heading towards NCW).
Anyway, I was about to enter the 50 zone and a car flashed the lights at me. I kept to 50 km/h. A car from the Drom direction over takes me just after the shop and was clearly over the limit. I hope they got caught by the speed van tbh. Itâs not like I was going at that speed for my own leisure.
