Vincent Browne

@glasagusban

Oh dear.

:rollseyes:

The first time I met Brendan O’Connor was about 1991. I distinctly remember thinking I hoped someone would run him over on his way home that night. I thought the same when speaking to him in company in a Dublin pub a few years later. He’s now going to follow Vincent Browne. I fully expect him to be Taoiseach by the time I go home next. I’ll still hope someone runs him over.

Is the show gone completely lads or will it be continuing under a new host? Hasn’t been on all week. I’d approve of Matt Cooper taking it over.

I’m fairly sure it’ll be back with a new host once the Dail returns.

The show never aired during the Dail recess in August/early September.

There will have to be because they have to have a current affairs content to keep licence . The initial plan with VB was to have it late and do enough to fulfil the requirement . Then the country tanked and it fulfilled a need for nightly flogging of politicians .

I think tv3 always classed it as entertainment rather than current affairs. That was their response to any broadcasting authority complaints that the host was biased etc.

Brian is back in business. :clap:

A great win for the little guy . Wins like this are the reason I get out of bed each morning to go to work ,

There’s an Aishwarya Rai lookalike on here discussing Trump.

Get him out of retirement now and let him at it.
