She be lucky to get a kick in a stampede, WTB.
Would this Mary Louise fuckwit from DCU ever shut up to fcuk about what a great day it is. No wonder graduates of that polytechnic donât get a Seanad vote.
I donât recall you having such issues with them when you drank for free with them in Aintree
She is an unbelievable tool. She lectures in âcommunicationsâ SS**, which is a long way from a real discipline in the eyes of the academy.
Sheâs been doing the rounds on these talk shows for years. She contributes nothing.
Vincent will see his ratings drop over the next while Iâd say. The election has taken some of the rage out of the sheep. For now anyway.
Then in six months time theyâll realise that this crowd are as bad. It was actually less depressing when FF were in because they caused it and at the end of it all you knew they were getting a right kicking. That doesnât apply now.
She is one of these twits who when the conversation gets too complex for her, seeks to bring it back down to her own inane level of stupidity. In short, a fool.
âIâd say you were a happy woman Mary Louise when Enda became Taoiseach today⌠ha⌠[cough, splutter]â
Shane Coleman is battling valiantly against his receding hairline.
Iâve missed the show up to now, WTB, has there been any mention of the Blueshirtsâ first lie of the new Dail? Their election promise to reduce junior ministries to 12âŚwhile appointing 15 today.
Itâs a shame more of these cunts werenât shot in Spain.
Havenât really been watching it. Itâs a bit of a lull current affairs wise until the whole place goes up after the ECB summit.
Itâs a never ending source of shame to this country SS, that we alone amongst the nations of the world committed more men to the fascist side than the republican during the Spanish civil war. Apart from the Germans, of course.
Never knew that. We can thank that other great bastion of justice and freedom in this country for that I think WTB - sending virgins off with rosary beads in their hands to fight for the murderers of Lorca in Catholic Spain.
OâDuffyâs circus was fired upon while going ashore I seem to remember reading somewhere.
I suppose we can be thankful his plan to send an Irish division to the Eastern Front in aid of the thousand-year reich came a cropper. I expect the current lot to be just as committed to Hiberno-German relations.
Crap tonight.
Also, Sam Smyth reaffirms his status as a complete tool every time he appears in public. The nuclear industry spokesman spent two or three minutes explaining the Japanese reliance on nuclear energy, then 60 seconds later Smyth loudly asks why do the Japanese have no many nuclear power stations? It was like that scene in Zoolander.
not really the correct thread for it but I couldnt be arsed opening another one: - some good ideas, some not so good - one possibly nicked from TFK
what do ye reckon?
not only that, theyâre the only armed militia in military history to come home with more men than they left with
i think down to a combination of their zeal to recruit and their alliesâ wish to send them home asap
this bit caught my eye:
over 30 per cent of all teaching time in primary schools is taken up by religion and Irish
not much of a return on the 30 % of teaching time invested
Couldnât agree more with the principle underpinning point 2. We need to borrow heavily from the education systems of the Finns and the other Scandinavian countries whoâs economies weâre trying to emulate. Breaking away from the overly-bureaucratic and outdated system weâre making do with at the moment would be the right place to start. Itâs one place that the purists and (most of) the business community would find common ground as well.
Sinn Fein guy Peadar Toibin is giving Fine Gaeler Kieran OâDonnell an awful kicking tonight.
