Going to head into Holland & Barrett after work tomorrow and get myself some supplements. What are the best ones? Is Biotin any good?

For what purpose, pal?

Hmmm… Holland & Barrett

A lot of shite in there mate, I’d hate to lead you astray. Nothing worse than expensive piss flowing down the urinal.

As a daily user of the nutribullet i’d suggest you don’t need any extra supplements or vitamins mate.

Glucosamine for joints would be one of the few i’d recommend.

iherb is great but you will have to pay duty on this stuff.

couple a day is fine.

if you want vivid dreams then ZMA

It’s great stuff.

Whats the pro’s and con’s of vivid dreams mate?

For nutri brothers it will help reinforce positive outlook on life. For roasters it will magnify their negative outlook on life-

thanks mate

What about nutri-roasters like @Kinvara’s Passion?

Haven’t had nightmares since the autumn of 1989 so I should be ok.
Though I really don’t want to risk bring all the Keadygate emotion back into my frontal lobe at this stage in my life.
