Davy was set up to fail with Clare, I’m sure he will shine in his third attempt at senior intercounty management as he won’t have to compete in the intense environment of the Munster championship.

I am at a wedding in Spain and I have a Hugh Heinz on board but I’m fucking delighted to have Davy on board. Whatever happens between now and our June 2017 elimination from the championship will be entertaining anyway. That’s all you can ask from a season.
