I didnāt bud, too nice a day to be stuck inside. Saw some highlights and small reports alright. Whoās your tip to win it now?
Very clever.
Donāt think you can pal. Incredibly Oulart were the hunger team and played most of the 2nd half with 14. Nicky Kirwan came on and got 2 goals, its anyone championship now and Liam Dunne and Oulart will feel they have a great chance.
The Anneās like Harriers were disappointing. I fancy a Glynn Barntown v Oulart final and I hope Barntown win it. All to play for.
I have been impressed with Barntown up to now but before today I thought the Anneās were the team to beat. I think the hurling championship in Wexford has been of a decent standard and exciting this year.
Cheers, Iād seenā¦
Intermediate all to play forā¦
made a right tit of myself there alright.
the anneās didnt seem to know how to use the spare man
We were told this week that thereāll be no hurling 365 in any of the schoolās this year. Thereāll be no after school camps or pre school activities of any sort. Iād assume that would have influenced Willieās decision given heād have fuck all else to do if there was no schools coaching happening?
Buffers Alley and Crossabeg-Ballymurn to meet in the Intermediate final.
I think he had to go back to his teaching job if he wanted to hold onto it. Must have been on a career break.
Sounds about right
This Gorey, oulart game is very good. Level now, not long left.
Sounds like Jack Cullen gave a Tour de France for Gorey. Surely close to an inter-county call up.
And Gorey win by one, although blown up a bit early I reckon, Oulart had the ball in hand on their own 45 and attacking when full time whistle went. Jack Cullen was exceptional for Gorey.
Hard to pick the winner, Shels were very strong today and Gorey donāt seem to be really playing well, but eeking out wins.
Although @Mac thinks theyāre both poor sides and they would both go out at the quartersā¦
Has Jack Cullen not been in with the seniors on the extended panel at least last season? Could be wrong.
Fair play to Gorey coming back to win it with points when Garrett Sinnottās goal put Oulart 3 up.
For the record:
Shelmaliers 3-20 Glynn-Barntown 0-16
Gorey 1-20 Oulart-The Ballagh 1-19
I also called out Jack Cullen a few weeks back too but your selective memory seems to be in operation again
Lies ā¦
Think he was on the extended panel last year. Donāt remember him playing very often. Certainly stands out at club level.
Is Gorey now nearly as populous as Wexford town ???
