Yeah I think that group have been fairly dominant the whole way up. Theyâll be hoping itâs some resembling the underage teams they had 15-20 years ago. Should be plenty of youth in that team in 3-4 years time.
Martins lead by 1 at half time. Been the far better team by the sounds of it but 2 late frees gave Gorey an undeserved 1 point deficit. Spratt, Billy, Fagan and Tom are all on fire on the commentary.
Wexford have been very innovative in their choice of setting for online match previews this year. A car showroom and now a take away. Really hooks the viewer in and doubles as good publicity for local businesses.
How does Eoin Conroy not start for Gorey anymore? Impact sub the last two days.
The Martins going well without Jack, Rory and Joe Oâ Connor.
Has had a bad hip injury I think
No way back for Gorey now.
Has anyone the Oulart team handy? Have a cousin involved.
Delighted to see Naomh Eanna lose. A few lovely hurlers but plenty of lads who are great cycling downhill with the wind. Not good lads to have in a battle. With Jacko gone off injured they should have been winning it. Sounded like some of the Martins lads played well above themselves and were going to fight till the end.
Hoping the Rapps beat Ferns now and go on for 2 in a row
If Martinâs win the final could they have all the OâConnorâs back for Leinster?
This is some managerial performance by Daithi/David âBearâ Hayes to take such a depleted Martinâs side to a county final. We need to become self sufficient and have Wexford managers capable of managing the senior inter county team, and itâs great to see the likes of 1994 St Peterâs College class 1:4 students like Bear Hayes and Doc OâConnor staking their claims to succeed Big Darragh Egan.
Rory out until December according to the lads earlier
Edit - maybe thatâs when Joe is back actually
Great comeback by Ferns. Contentious enough timing by the ref in injury time. Could be going to penalties.
Hope Ferns win it out now
Ferns v St. Mullins would be a very novel Leinster quarter-final.
Fair play to Ferns. The windy townie cunts caught short in both semis it looks like
Whoâd be an umpire.
At one point (pardon the pun) after that Jack Kelly âghost pointâ the Wexford GAA Twitter had Rapps down for 0-23 while the scoreboard in Wexford Park said 0-22.
A Wexford club game according to the comments.
