Last time Kilkenny went into a game in as poor a position. ( in the opinion of the public) was 1998 when Dublin were expected to turn them over in Parnell Park.
Kilkenny won 4-28 to 1-11.

The worst thing for Wexford would be if they annihilated Kilkenny, two soft games leading up to a meeting with a strong physical team like Galway wonât do them any good. Hopefully Kilkenny manage to stay with them and battle for around 55 minutes, before Wexfords superior hurling and fitness sees them pull away comfortably.

Jackieâs article in the Irish Times today is good. In fairness he gives a good insight into what life is like under Cody, what way they prepared themselves etc.
