I quite like my curry and obviously bolognese (being Italian).
Very much like salsa sauce too.
Would anyone have a special preference for one curry over another?

Balti, jalfrezza, basically anything of Indian heritage would be my preference. I also like heinz tomatoe ketchup.
I bought some madras sauce there lately and I quite liked it, tasted kind of like a spicier curry sauce.
Satay sauce is delightful.
I’ve never tried madras and only tried jalfrezza an hour ago (but i loved it). You may not think it but i’m not very cultured.
Farmer, what type of sauce is satay and what is it best used with? Chicken?
Can anyone recommend a decent sauce/gravy for beef?
Madras and Jal Frezi are basically the same sauce
Cheese sauce. On roast spuds and brocolli. mmmmmmmmmm
Bisto. But make the gravy with the juice off the meat.
A lot of Indian dishes taste the same
Its got to be horse raddish with beef
.
ballymaloe jalapeno relish is gorgeous with a ham and cheese sandwich or for dipping a sausage in at breakfast
+1
White wine and chilli sauce on mussels .
I think it’s over rated myself but if you want to support child porn that’s your own business I suppose.
Lloyd Grossman does a fantastic range of pasta sauces. Absoluetely top class. The tomato and chilli one is outstanding
His Thai green curry sauce is also very good chewy.
I find them very oily.
Much prefer to make my own from a basic tomato sauce and add chilli, garlic, herbs etc to my taste
It’s lovely with chicken Totti.
It’s also lovely with a nice breast of duck.
