Isn’t that always the way, things being pushed out and pushed out until it gets to a point so bad that something has to be done about it. Where as if a lot of issues were addressed right away they wouldn’t get to a such a critical point. The nature of politics though and we are to blame, we don’t want to accept the pain to fix a problem so are happy to have the politicians kick it down the road.
