I ‘bonked’ last month on a long mountain run. Hadn’t taken enough water with me and had no other fuel. Stopped off at first shop on way back and devoured a Starbar. An unrale bar

Ran out of energy completely. I was fucking starving. The trick if you’re out for a long time is to fuel up before you get to that stage.

That new-ish dark milk from Cadburys is a delight
I’ll try this one. The 80c basic Lidl milk chocolate bar is my treat at the weekend. Grand job for 80c.
