- After Eights. When you’re full to the gills from Christmas dinner but want some with the last few mouth fulls of red wine before you fall asleep on the couch during Harry Potter or a Pixar movie.

A mixture of beer wine and other beverages tied with the after 8 leaves an awful tasting burp
The little Turkish slivers a la the after 8 shape are a grand job with a few emre cans
I like orange chocolate but I wasn’t impressed by the Cadbury’s attempt, too sweet
The Lindt Lindor Coconut Flavour are a wonderful thing

When I was 9 I had a big operation on my kidney, spent 5 weeks in hospital (Mercy in Cork)
Back on those days people who would visit would bring lucozade (in the bottle with the plastic film) and Maltesers, we all got fed up of maltesers fairly quickly and used to soften them in our mouths before firing them at each other, great times, but I despised maltesers for many years, only come back to them in the last couple of years, not bad at all.
