We could all say things like porn star but do you have something that you would really like to do in the “real” world?
I’m gonna mention some.
One has the possibility of eventually happening based on my current field of employment. The others probably don’t but I imagine they would be fantastic places to work.
Games Tester for EA Sports. I am a software tester so this would a natural and fantabulous progression. It probably sounds a lot more fun than it is. But I like the idea of being paid to play computer games. I know a few lads who work as games testers on XBox games. When I talked to them some of it sounded like a lot of work and other bits sounded awesome. I toyed with applying for a job testing PC and XBox games 2 years ago but I changed my mind. I have since regretted it.
Sports journalism is something that I think a lot of fellas are drawn to. On one hand I think it would be pretty cool on the other hand I’d rather not have to go to some shithole covering some sport I couldn’t give a shit about and feigning interest in it. What I would really like is to have a job with a website like The Onion. That office must be a collection of the most sarcastically creative people in the world. Some of the stuff they come up with is nothing other than absurd genius. I’d love to know what day to day in that place is like. Same goes for the Daily Show.
I like most people think I am funnier and more creative than I really am [maybe]. I reckon I could make a decent fist at contributing to a sketch show. I’d like to do one that ridiculed TV ads, had its own fake ads and also did some sketches. I’d be watching TV and when a bad ad is shown me and one of the lads I live with would immediately come up with ideas with what the fake ad would be like. There probably is a show already like that. I remember Jasper Carrot did something similar in the late 80’s. I’d be a terrible comedian [which I reckon would be one of the worst jobs going]. I’d be too much like Andy Kaufman. I’d do wierd stuff that would be geared towards entertaining myself rather than anyone else. That may also be an issue with the sketch show.

I like you kept man plan. How would that play out? Marrying money I assume… New money or old money. My preference would be old money.
old money, big stock as they say…Let her earn a bit as well, I can stay in bed til around 10ish, get up and do some light housework, maybe tip into the bookies and back a few horses for afternoon entertainment…drink a few handy pints every night…the good life, if anything it would be similar to my currnet lifestyle without the wealth…
The Jeremy Kyle Show is on at 9:30, Puke. He’s worth curtailing your slumber for.
No better way to start the day than having it reinforced just how fortunate you are.
one of my housemates maintains that the Steve Wilko show is the best show on tv…would normally watch King of Queens/Two and a half men and the soaps during the day…
