What mobile phone do you have?

I’m picking up a free iphone through work this week.
Sweet.

But you already have a phone…

I know Dunph, it’s lunacy. TWO phones.

If you want me to take your current phone off your hands for you i will, just say the word…

JCB tough phone after various Nokias that were hopped off concrete, drowned in slurry, one got melted with a dehorner (Don’t ask)

Best phone I ever had I reckon it could be bullet proof, long battery what more could you want

got a htc desire today, seems decent

Now that I’m an iphone spa, are there any essential free apps I should be getting?

+1

I’m looking for an App that will make using TFK easier on my phone, a Nokia E63. It’s a pain trying to scroll up and down pages and post, it takes an age.

Are u sure that you cant click on anything to change it to mobile mode. Often found at the bottom of the webpage but it should do it automaticaly.

Carlton Cole is after bringing out his own app, you should get that one

What does it do? (this is surely a tee-up for a great punch line)

HTC Hero, have it a while. Not bad. Good for internet use etc.

I got one of these today too. Are you happy with your choice since, count? I’m a technotard so will take any advice on these ‘apps’ yokeys too. Is there any particular ‘app’ or ‘apps’ that I should be downloading to make my phone experience more exciting?

What happened there then? Did you change your mind on the iPhone or was it stock issues? I prefer the Desire anyway I think. Get tapatalk for your TFK browsing needs.

Stock issues but I wasn’t that pushed about the iPhone. The lady in the shop was recommending the xperia but Jugs doesn’t seem too impressed with it and it appears more people are happy with the Desire. How do I get tapatalk?

I have a desire and its the dogs bollocks, some apps I downloaded:

Google Listen - For podcasts, integrates seamlessly with Google reader if you have a gmail account, it makes subscribing to podcasts a breeze.

Sky+ - For occasions when you are out of the house and you forgot that the new series of the inbetweeners is starting. you can set your sky box to record it directly from your phone.

Radio Time - great selection of radio stations from around the world that can be listened to over any data connection. this is a paid app so you won’t be able to download it unless you stick a UK sim into the phone. its well worth the couple of dollars though.

ESPN scorecenter - live play by play updates from loads of sports, very handy if you are out of the house and want to see how a game is going.

these are all accessed by searching in the market.

Thanks; will take a look at these.

I’d look at TuneWiki, ChompSMS and the Dolphin browser.

Also tell Jugs to get Slide Keyboard or something to help his texting which is causing him awful problems.

Nokia are feeling the pressure, what genius morkeshing mong came up with this I wonder?

Nokia’s below-the-belt attack on HTC at handset launch

NOKIA might have tried to elbow their way back into the smartphone market with the launch of three new handsets yesterday – but tried to get some below-the-belt digs in on their rivals while they were at it.

People attending the launch, at the Nokia World 2010 event in London, were given a gift pack including the following letter. The letter refers to a press conference taking place in Barcelona today being held by Taiwanese manufacturer HTC.
