I would say the perpetrator is somebody who is filled with extreme race hatred. That’s why they bombed a marathon.

If undetonated devices have been found then this certainly points the finger at locals. Reports saying the White House has been secured etc :rolleyes: If Al Qaeda were involved there would have been multiple explosions throughout the states surely.
