When was the last time you did drugs or had a packet of tayto with a pint

If there is sneering it is at Paddy who won’t wipe the bum for the person that did it for them as a child

But now I’ve spelt it out let’s provide the stats to my claims:

Higher HIV rates among men and women born outside Ireland. Among those born outside Ireland, rates among men have returned to levels seen pre-
pandemic, while rates among women have surpassed them. Rates among women remain lower than rates among men overall

Have at it - prove me wrong and then I’ll return with more hard truths

“Foreigners” are net contributors to Ireland mate

Working immigrants and no factoring for their extended families

That report’s own more granular finding that EU East and African immigrants show consistently higher non-contributory benefit receipt even after controls. That’s a real result in the tables, not spin, but the framing in the press release smoothed over it.

Keep hammering

The Irish doctor will have needed to get 600 points in the Leaving Cert and be an elite level genius to get a place in 3rd level. From there it’s a long and painful qualification and career path.

Meanwhile the imported ‘doctor’ from the third world can have a much easier route. They can pay or bribe their way through college. The course could be piss easy and they could even get someone else to sit their exams for them.

Because we’re a soft and stupid nation, their qualifications are treated like for like.
Then they rock up to the Irish system and don’t know a heart from a liver.

Did you hear about the student that thought she could cry and scream her way to a medical degree?

People going to great lengths to hide her ID - I wonder will the DPP continue to protect the liar. Let’s wait and see.

I was talking to a distant cousin of mine at a family wedding recently, this particular man is an interesting character. I’ll just say that I can remember him distributing An Phoblacht back in the day while also being a very successful businessman, but has since retired. To most people who know him today, he would simply be regarded as an older, successful retired businessman. Very few, however, would have any idea just how deeply involved he once was.
Anyway, the conversation turned to the explosion in cocaine use among young people, and his whole demeanour changed. He became very serious and said something like, “Listen to this f**king beaut.”
He went to tell me about his grandson, a man in his early twenties, had developed a serious cocaine habit and ended up owing a local scumbag dealer around €30,000. As these things tend to do, what started as a debt eventually escalated into intimidation and threats.
The dealer turned up at the grandson’s family home threatening to petrol bomb the house , kill him & everyone in the house if the money wasn’t paid by a certain date etc etc

My cousin told me that, at that point he had very little choice but to make a phone call to someone he hadn’t spoken to in years, but whose number was still there when it mattered.
He arranged for the dealer to come back to the house to “collect the debt”. And what awaited him & his boyfriends was rather different from what the scumbag had been expecting … a gathering of silver haired, balaclava wearing men who had absolutely no interest in negotiating the debt. Proper hard bastards who, despite their age, hadn’t forgotten how to hold a gun.
I won’t go into the details beyond that. Incase of identifying them or giving away where this happened. All I’ll say is that the message was delivered, with considerable clarity.
The scumbag dealer subsequently left Ireland after his stay in hospital and, according to my cousin, has no intention of returning soon.

This is part of the problem. These kids don’t care or sometimes even know who they are selling to until something like this happens. The sad part is parents paying debts of the addicted child, then the child relapsing. There was a recent article in the times of parents emigrating, and leaving the addict behind to paddle their own canoe.

The pressure on every GP in the country on Monday mornings to dole out these prescriptions to all sorts of junkies coming down after their weekly bender is huge. And it’s getting worse. Local GP told me he isn’t far off needing bouncers in the practise
