I hate the Offaly jersey lad. He’s a cunt. He was in Tullamore one day roaring for Kildare against Laois the prick.

Duignan is doing a fair job in Offaly so far tbf. They pulled in about 200K over the weekend for that Canal Walk thing. He has pulled in Lowry and others to clear the debt on the CoE. And he’s got a Games Manager in and has GDA’s and GPO’s coming out their holes. He wont turn it around today or tomorrow, but he does seem to have righted the ship and it’ll be interesting to see when the results start to come.

It was an astonishing decline for a county that must have had the second best success to population rate of any county (Kilkenny being the best) in particular for the period 1970-2000.
