Duignan shouldn’t be next nor near the Sunday the game, but that has nothing to do with him being chairman. He’s just a shit pundit.
As for him taking the job, I say fair fucks to him. It’s easy hurl from the ditches. He’s putting his mouth where his money is. He has a few of the handiest gigs in the GAA going at the minute. If this goes wrong it could cost him.
It’s sad to see Offaly hurling in the state it’s in now, but they’ve no one to blame but themselves. They don’t deserve to be ahead of Laois, Westmeath, Kerry, Carlow etc because they’ve done fuck all to keep their status. They haven’t even put the effort into the football so they’ve no excuse.
There’s no quick fix for years of neglect, but getting everyone on board should be enough
to get them out of Christy ring at the least in the meantime

Didn’t agree with all of it but a lot sense talked…why the fcuk are lads training 31 hours a week for ?? Its madness… But it’s a cash cow to lad who’s training them… That’s the real problem…there’s a whole industry created around it… What has the gpa done for the less successful county player? Gaelic football is dying outside of big teams. It was actually more competitive before they came along in '99. .seems to be an awful lot of handy gigs inside in Gaa HQ in croker too.
