Yes, it quite is pejorative, since (in using a words like this) you are probably justifying the denial of his or her humanity. I submit that this is not your responsibility, your place, or (likely) your right to do.

In addition, the word ‘alien’ suggests that he or she is an outsider, which also means that they don’t belong to a group that you think is worthy of membership. Using words that deny someone their individuality makes it easier to exclude them and it has not done ANYone ANY good at ANY time.

I suggest you use VISITOR, or GUEST, or something that inspires generosity and courtesy and inclusion. How does that sound?
