yeah it is. I met a load of lads in London born to Irish parents. Now they would be very passionate about Ireland and be well up to speed on a lot of things. If you asked them what they considered themselves they would say both Irish and English. I guess the likes of Jamie O’Hara and those would fall into that category.

True they have been part of the irish golfing scene all of their lives. But McIlroy for a start considers himself british as is his right so hard to say he is as Irish as Harrington in fairness.
