“Left in piece”
Ffs sake. We used to be a proper country where privately educated socially superior types could spell.

And kick heads in, with a handy Muldoon as a whipping boy, but here we are.
Rugby club stand to make a few bob from this!
To pay off debts accrued from the bould, handsy teacher of way back
There’s only 4 and a bit months left in the year - how many have they delivered i wonder…
ah, i was wondering why they were so enthusiastic
School.and the rugby club, while linked, are separate. The story goes the school needed to find funds to pay off the victims of the handsy teacher, legal fees etc. Rugby club and some of its members said they’d stump up cost of development etc on land school made available to them, club signed off with their approval too and away they go.
Is that not the pitch thwy sold a few years back the far side of the astro turf?
Yup, the astro being part of the sweetener for the club.
Ye could be playing on that 4G in December
Newly built council houses should be built to the highest standards of energy efficiency. It would be bonkers to suggest otherwise.
However in a more right wing vein, will the occupants of those houses still be receiving a fuel allowance?
So they get a better house than hardworking citizens who were born here? What have they done to deserve this? Council housing should not be made too attractive or everyone will want it. They should be rounded up and put in pens on spike island, if they don’t like it they can go and get a job and pay the own way like everyone else.
With the cost of running heat pumps they would you’d imagine.
Where do I sign up to your party?
Keep heading to the right, the far far right. You’ll find it!
Will they deliver pints to the astro? Tarf always move us to the astro so we’re well used to it
They are afaik
Plenty of hardworking families out there who won’t get any help trying to purchase or rent moderate housing for their families. The problem with social housing is it can be abused and regularly is. Certain people know everything they’re entitled to but have no respect for the house they are being given. Look what @Bod95 went through, they are very common scenes all over the country. By all means house the needy, but if a certain level of upkeep, respect and lawfulness isn’t maintained they should be penalised. We have a great social conscience in this country but we are then lax on such initiatives being destroyed by a few.
You couldn’t stand at the door of some of the local authority houses I’ve been to with the smell and the dirt. Their gardens front and back full of rubbish and grass growing from the gutters.
