Friend of mine is a builder/developer and they are working away on a decent sized estate. Nearly every house they’ve sold in the estate in the past two years has been to Indians.

These are the kind of stupid headlines you don’t need in a housing crisis. Framing it like that is only inviting objections, when the commentary in the article itself is in favour of the development. There should be a much more positive headline.

My brother knows Karl Marx, he met him at a planning meeting about a development opposite the peoples park.

Why won’t private developers build 5 bedroom apartments costing 150k each that are exclusively for Irish people on low incomes?
