With rent increasing is now the time to buy a 2nd property from the bank

My pal picked a few sloes off the land yesterday. The wife took them back to Manc to try and make slow gin

They are very late.

What’s the old saying, bushes laden with fruit this time of year a sign of hard harsh weather to be upon us?

think is bushes laden with fruit this time of year a sign of catastrophic climate change

Haven’t put the heat on in the house since April. Spent last week walking around in a t-shirt and sun bathing up in Rosses Point.

A bit of a bargain here.

“Opening bids”

They’d be bringing the hammer down on the auction and then the lads would be bringing the hammer down on your head

I saw on x recently that Adamstown is basically a town full of people of Indian and African descent…anyone know is it actually a safe place, a decent place to live for its community?

Real feel of middle of nowhere about it

Was originally a famous example of building the houses without the amenities. Not sure if they eventually got round to improving it or if it’s still an urban wasteland

I’ve done a bit of work there a good few times. The feel around the place is always very decent to be honest. There are much much worse places around ireland that we’d go to. Having said that the density is very high and they didnt finish building all the amenities so you’d worry a bit for the kids when they hit the teens and there’s not a huge amount to do. But youd see that in leafy douglas with teenagers terrorising lads.
