It should be slightly cheaper than normal, but normal is hugely variable depending on where you are.
I’ve heard anything from 1500 to 2500 for Limerick lately for a standard transaction. I’m sure its more in the pale
Just go to the seller with the bag of cash and take the keys off them. Cut out the middle man.
