Mal is a regular pucking in Parnell Park at half time of Na Fianna hurling games. The fact he isn’t cack handed is a credit to all the coaching @binkybarnes gave him.

A good proportion of them most certainly did, back in the day. ‘Dublin Rathmines’ was the last constituency (outside of Trinity) to elect a Unionist MP. It covered the rugby heartlands of Rathmines, Rathgar, Ranelagh and Terenure, Miltown and parts of Rathfarnham & Kimmage.

Sir Maurice Dockrell MP. The Dockrells were a Protestant family with a big builders providers business on Thomas Street. After independence they pivoted from Unionism to Fine Gael (quelle surprise) and there was a Dockrell a TD in South Dublin until 1986. The Dockrells also got into the law business and the firm of Dockrell Farrell is still going under the guise of DFMG solicitors.

Yes he is. He’s a son of Derek Dockrell who is an architect.
