Not necessarily. I think both Black Bears and Polar Bears are present in Alaska so they could arrange somewhere up around there where forest meets ice.
Panda bears are black, white and asian. They have all bases covered.
But they have very small dicks. Is that whay you like them as you can empathise with them?
