You'd want your head examined or have daughters like Hopper McGrath, to manage a Ladies team thread

To me that displays a lack of interest in the underlying subject matter and reinforces my view that it was merely an excuse to have a pop at a perceived “Old Ireland”.

The adding of FF and the Catholic Church to the article really showed the author was going for the full house .

Would she have received a stipend for that article ?

Is this the best Castletroy College of Further Education has to offer?

That’ll take time. My genuine experience is that if a one legged purple monkey will shore you up at corner back, or get three from play, they will be first on the teamsheet. It’s more a reflection of how recently genuine immigration has become a thing.
This is true across the vast majority of sport.

other sports are way ahead of the GGA

Other sports are global though, immigrants know them, play them already and hence naturally favour them.
Give the gaa a chance.

that attitude had some validity in 2010, not in 2020, id say a lot of GGA parents are the same parents that prefer gaelscoils if you get my drift

This chap is a valued member of my own GAA club.

So promoting the Irish language makes these people racist? Very balanced take.

Nope. A lot of people send their kids to oirish language schools because of their " traditional values"

You know only people of a certain demographic will send their kids to gaelscoil. It’s like joining a tennis club, or a sailing club
